no pain no gain...i have the pain, so where's my gain?

well...to make a long agony short, i am complaining about my neck+shoulder pain. it's chronic and i have suffered from it tremendously though it is not as serious at times. i don't know what i can do with my chronic muscle strain...if anyone has any clues, please pass on the tips.

no pain no gain, i understand and that's how it works with each of my horrifying CMB exam. this is the last one, and it's extremely hard to study for because of my physical pain as well as my summer fever! Ouch... at least for the exam, i gain the knowledge, but what do i get from my back pain??? it's not fair...

My suggestion is Yoga! I'm sure Yoga can help but it's a matter of consistency. If you stretch the particular muscle correctly, your problem will go away after a few trials. The thing is, you have to force yourself to do it regularly. I had only attended my yoga class once and is too lazy to get my butt into the gym again ^_^
